How we charge.
Partners take one of four formats, each with a set-up fee and a monthly fee. Merchants on the Marketplace pay for a listing and, if they want the dashboard, the signals and targeted offers, a merchant membership.

Listing and membership.
Restaurants, cafés and bars, spas and studios, beach clubs and experience operators. A listing puts you in front of members when they plan; the merchant membership adds the dashboard, the signals and targeted offers.

Restaurants, cafés and bars, spas and wellness, gyms and studios, beach clubs and pools, and experience operators. A commission tier applies to bookings made through BLACKBOOK. Request pricing.
WaitlistUntil 31 December 2026
Merchants who join the waitlist by 31 December 2026 get 12 months of the merchant membership free, a saving of AED 350 a month. Open to businesses anywhere in the world.
