Features

What members do in BLACKBOOK, and what it does for your programme.

Each feature is shown here as it runs in the BLACKBOOK demo, and each one works for your programme in whichever format you take: private label, micro label, SDK or API.

01 · Ask for anything

Hold the button and ask for anything.

  • Voice or textAsk the way you would ask a person
  • Any hourAnswers in seconds, in any city
  • One basketHeld, booked and paid on the card
Press and hear it

Press the concierge button in BLACKBOOK and say what you want, out loud, the way you would say it to a person. A table at eight. A car to the airport. Four nights in Rome in October with the kids.

It comes back in seconds with options worth taking, then holds them, books them and pays — on the card already in the wallet, with the points, the miles and the benefits that belong to the member applied without being asked for.

It starts from what it would otherwise take ten minutes to explain: the city they are standing in, the places they go back to, who they usually travel with, and which of their memberships already covers this.

And it is awake at two in the morning, in any city, on a day nobody is answering the phone.

InteractivePress the mic to hear the ask, then tap any day to open it.

Earn figures illustrative. Air fares don't earn Points — miles credit to your airline as normal. Where a stay has its own programme, its points, nights and tier credit post there; where it doesn't, BLACKBOOK Points step in. Splittable across the group; payable in Points, card, or both.

02 · From your photos

The photos and screenshots members save, turned into plans.

  • UploadStraight from their albums
  • PlacedNamed and located
  • Made realHeld, booked and paid

Members keep the pools, bars, menus and hotels they see online and rarely go back to them. In BLACKBOOK they upload them from their albums, the app works out what each one is and where, and it becomes something they can book.

A beach club in Positano, a rooftop on the Palm, a bar with no sign: each one is added to a trip or booked for this week, in one basket, on your card and with your currency.

03 · The wallet

Every membership they hold, in one wallet.

  • CardsThe card that signs them in
  • MembershipsWith what each gives them now
  • SwapXPoints and miles, moved

The wallet is where members keep the memberships that matter most to them: the card, the airline, the hotel, the club. It is also the app they plan and book with, so your programme is there when they are deciding: earning, redeeming, joining and buying as they book.

04 · Plans with friends

Plans made with the people coming, and paid for together.

  • ShareThe plan, live for everyone
  • TalkOne thread beside the booking
  • SplitEach pays from their own wallet

Everyone invited sees the plan as it changes, adds to it and replies in one thread, and the bill splits at checkout, each paying with their own card or points.

Guests come in the same way as members, which brings people to your programme who are not in it yet.

05 · Offers where they are

Offers and promotions in the city the member is in, at the hour they apply.

  • Where they areResolved against today’s city
  • What they holdOnly what they are entitled to
  • In timeWhile they can still act

When a member lands in a new city, the wallet already knows which of their cards, programmes and memberships open a door there, and shows it while they can still use it.

Your benefits and promotions reach the member in the place and at the hour they are worth something, matched against what they hold. The member chooses what they hear about and how often.

06 · Claude and ChatGPT plug-ins

Inside the assistants people already use.

  • ClaudeA plug-in under your name
  • ChatGPTThe same, as a connector
  • One bookingLanding in the wallet, paid, earning

A member asks Claude or ChatGPT to sort out four nights in Rome. Through our plug-ins the answer comes back with real availability, real prices and your programme attached, and the booking lands in BLACKBOOK — paid on the card, earning where it should.

The same capabilities the app runs on are exposed to those assistants as connectors, with identity and consent carried through the request, so what starts as a sentence in a chat finishes as a confirmed booking rather than a list of links.

It is a route to the customer that did not exist two years ago, and your programme is in it from the first day.

07 · Personalisation

Personalisation that comes from use.

  • DailySignals from an ordinary week
  • Live intentNot a segment set last quarter
  • Back to youAs data, in the portal and the API

The app learns from what people do: the places they go back to, the times they travel, who they travel with, what they open and what they scroll past. That is a signal from an ordinary week, not from a form filled in once at sign-up.

The AI turns it into what to put in front of which member, and when — the offer that fits the street they are standing on, the benefit that runs out this month, the table they book every second Thursday.

Partners see the same picture as data: where the card is used, where it goes quiet, which benefits are taken up and which sit untouched, and what that says about the next campaign.
